🚚 Delivery Policy

How it works: We don't ship β€” every order is hand-delivered in person on campus by one of our team.
Delivery time: Orders are delivered within 15–45 minutes of your order being confirmed, depending on how busy we are and where you're based.
Delivery options: In-person delivery straight to you β€” res, class, library, or wherever you're studying on campus. Collection can also be arranged if you'd prefer to meet us.
Delivery fee: A mandatory flat delivery fee of R2 is added to every order β€” this covers the person bringing your snacks straight to you. It's shown as a separate line item at checkout, before you confirm payment.
Delivery area: We currently deliver within campus and surrounding res areas only.

↩️ Refund, Swap & Return Policy

In-person check window: Because every order is hand-delivered, please check your snacks and drinks before the person delivering them leaves your proximity (or before you leave theirs). Any refund, swap, or return must be requested in that moment β€” this is when we're able to sort it out on the spot.
Once the sale is finalised: As these are packaged snacks and drinks, we're unable to accept refund, swap, or return requests made after the delivery person has left your proximity.
Exceptions: The only exception is a manufacturer fault (e.g. a sealed product defect that isn't caused by us) β€” these special cases will be considered even after the fact.
Refund timeline: Once a refund is approved, it's processed as soon as possible. Any delay is simply down to your bank's processing time, and funds should reflect within 1–2 business days.
